Delivery within Australia:

Enjoy free standard delivery for all online purchases over $50 within Australia.

For orders $50 or less, please see below:

Standard shipping (3 – 5 business days) $9.95

(Free for orders over $50 and maybe subject to change without notice)

Delivery to New Zealand:

Standard shipping (3 – 5 business days) $12.95

International delivery:

International delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Our business hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Once your order is processed, we will usually dispatched within 12-24 hours, Monday-Friday.

If you need your order urgently, please email us and we will do our best to meet your time frame.

These shipping rates and time frames apply to online orders - this differs for wedding favours, personalised teas and other bulk orders.

ORDER TRACKING

To track the progress of your order, please advise us and we will send you your consignment number once your order has been shipped.

*Please note: The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
