Our business hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Order processing and production times may take up to 3-6 business days.
Once processed, all orders are usually dispatched within 12-24 hours, Monday-Friday and are sent via Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.
If you need your order urgently, please email us and we will do our best to meet your time frame.
We currently ship within Australia with a flat rate of $10.00 and New Zealand with a flat rate of $18.95.
These shipping rates and time frames apply to online orders - this differs for wedding favours, stationery and other bulk orders.
To track the progress of your order, please advise us and we will send you your consignment number once your order has been shipped.

Products purchased on our website can only be delivered within Australia and to New Zealand.
