Tuscan peach and ginger iced tea with basil

Peach and ginger go very well together and create a tart, spicy iced tea recipe that is a great change to your typical iced tea.  

  1. Add 4 heaped teaspoons of No.30 Tuscan Peach and Ginger green tea to a 1 litre pitcher.
  2. Pour the hot water into the jar, and allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes. Then, strain out the tea leaves and discard, alternatively you could use a tea strainer for easy removal.
  3. Add sliced peaches
  4. Place into the fridge to completely chill for 3-4 hours for the flavours to release.
  5. To serve sweeten to taste and top with ice and a sprig of fresh basil (optional)
